This is further to our letter dt. Dec. 31, 1997 to you and the recent telecon which you had with the writer. As conveyed to you, the E.C. of the Sangha met on 24.1.1998 at Kalkaji Ashram, New Delhi and took decision on the matter as reproduced below:

On the recommendations of a small sub-committee appointed to look into the matter, we have agreed to make the following few old classical books/literature on Ma available to you for release into the World ‘Internet’ system only, for the purpose of education and dissemination of teachings of Shree Shree Ma Anandamayee 7 with the conditions as explained in the subsequent part of this letter:-

1) English translation of “Matri Darshan” by Bhaijee (‘Mother as revealed to me’).

2)”Mother as seen by Her Devotees” (English), Centenary Edition 1995.

3) “Matri Vani” Vol. I (English)

4) Centenary Souvenir “Ananda Jyoti” (English part only) along with a few photographs of Ma.

5) Current editions of “Amrit Varta” (English) published quarterly by SSAS from Varanasi (India).

6) “In Your Heart is My Abode” (English) by Dr. Bithika Mukherjee. Centenary edition 1995 pp.64.

7) “Words of Shree Anandamayee Ma” Centenary edition, May 1995 pp.240 Compiled by Atmananda.

While releasing the above oublications/literat½~re to you for subsequent release into the ‘Internet’ system, the E.C. of the Sangha has set the following conditions:

i) Copy-right for the respective publications will continue to be owned by SSAS as before under the Copyright Act.

ii) The material is being released purely for the purpose of education and dissemination of Ma’s teachings to the spiritual seekers of the world at large.

iii) The above gesture of SSAS cannot be commercially exploited directly or, indirectly for business or profit by any individual or organization.

iv) It should be on donation basis by the concerned ‘Internet’ space owners (universities or any philanthropic organization) and should not cost any expenses to the Sangha, present or future.

Please sign and return to us the attached duplicate for having agreed to the above offer of the Sangha with the conditions set as above before you proceed further on the matter.
